A quick amendment to this is that the Experiences App is actually fully compatible with Shop Pay's installment plans since payment is handled by Shopify. The one limitation is that the Experiences App still requires a customer to go through the full booking process so the payment choice can't be selected until they reach the checkout. This ensures that the experience is in fact tied to a date and time. Once that's done, the customer can pay with whatever payment provider Shopify supports.
