What would be incredible for us and our weather-specific experiences would be for the 'cancelled order' email notification' to work without deleting the order in Shopify. When you delete the order in Shopify that takes it away completely, no longer allowing you to go back to the order. Please help connect the Shopify 'cancel order' function to the 'cancelled order' email notification for that particular experience.
How to cancel an order in Shopify once it's fulfilled: In the customer's order in Shopify Admin:
Under Fulfilled > selected the three dots and unfulfilled the order
More Actions > ‘Cancel order’ > and send notification to the customer
