Allow vendors/providers/third-parties to manage their own experience schedules programmatically via an API connection

This would allow any Experiences merchant to be a marketplace like Viator/Peek/AirBNB. If a vendor/provider offered an API/XML connection that connected to the merchant's Experience store and when the vendor/providers blocked out dates, changed prices, reduced their inventory, or operating days, that information gets automatically updated on the Experience merchant's site.
