Allow merchants to sell tickets to a group at a discount from the same inventory limits

The group leader (customer) would see the experience page. On the page they'd see a "buying for a group?" where they can choose to purchase more than x tickets for a discount. In this case I'd only want them to buy 4 tickets - no more and no less. This would result in a discount over the single ticket price option found elsewhere on the page.
