If a customer reports that they haven't received their ticket/booking/confirmation notice, it would be nice to allow store staff to resend an experiences app confirmation email by clicking on a button in the admin for that experience.
User story:
- As a store staff, I want to resend a purchased booking confirmation to the customer requesting it.
- I log into Shopify and navigate to the Experiences app. I navigate to the time slot for the experience that my customer is attending.
- Once I'm at that time slot, I see a list of my customer attendees. I see a three-dot menu and I click on it. I see a prompt to resend the order confirmation.
- I click on it and it will go out via email or text, depending on how they originally checked out.
Alternatively/additionally, it may be possible to allow for the merchant to trigger this from the Shopify order view through a contextual menu available to third-party apps like Experiences.
