Allow merchant to collect customer phone number on reservation and free orders

Right now the free and reservation experiences do not allow the merchant to collect and sync the customer phone number to their Shopify customer record. As a merchant I would like the customer to be able to input their phone number in when booking these types of experiences so that their Shopify record contains their phone number.
