Allow for a merchant to manually add an additional attendee to a group booking (or any time slot regardless of type)

As a merchant, sometimes I want to add another person to a time slot. This may be if it's a group booking that is closed to the public's ability to book, a time slot that's already sold out, or any other time that I want to override the default settings.
