Allow customers to transfer their bookings to other available time slots within the same experience

It can be time-consuming to have to field the customer support associated with customers that may want to transfer their booking. If there was a way to allow customers to manually transfer to other available time slots that would cut down on the need for merchants to manage this overhead. This is within the same experience so the price is also the same.
