Allow customers to book individual days of a multi-day experience (e.g. a festival or concert series)

As a merchant I want to sell a multi-day experience but also allow people to have the option to book individual days OR all of them in the multi-day experience. This would allow a merchant to see individual days (e.g., Someone can buy Friday only of a weekend festival) but also allow others to purchase any other combo (e.g., Someone can buy Sat and Sun but not Fri, but another person can buy the entire weekend) AND regardless of the combination of how people are purchasing the tickets, the overall inventory must be managed.
