Currently, the app does not support text-based messaging. This feature would cover the following use cases:
  1. When a customer doesn't provide an email address, a SMS text message would be sent out.
  2. When a merchant prefers to communicate by text alone (stretch goal)
This feature will require us to build out additional app views because we can only fit so much information in a text.
